PRSA, AMA and HRMA have teamed up to bring you an informational, networking happy hour! 

Join us! Our special guest, Mark Errante, will share the benefits targeted content has had for both Mercy co-workers and the content contributors who are creating the resource or communication. 

In order to better connect Mercy co-workers with content and communication that is relevant to them, Mercy built their new intranet with external marketing practices in mind. Each piece of content that goes online is designed to be targeted to specific co-worker personas based on a user's location, job roles, responsibilities, skills and interests. That content and its usage can them be analyzed to make sure it is reaching its goals. 


Mark Errante was the Product Manager of Mercy’s Intranet. For the last 6 years he worked to upgrade Mercy’s intranet from a warehouse for digital content to a logistics hub that delivers content to the right co-worker. You can find Mark on LinkedIn.
