If you're not well prepared for the crisis that is very likely to occur, then you are neglecting a serious responsibility as manager or leader of your organization.

The first rule of crisis response is to anticipate crisis and be prepared to deal with it proactively. The second rule is to understand that there are no secrets in 2018! Digital tools make it possible to continually track our behavior. You can't assume that things can be buried!

This Planning for Crisis in the Digital Age session will be led by Linda Locke, Senior Vice President and Partner at Standing Partnership. She oversees key accounts for the 20+-year-old agency and focuses on helping clients build reputation and mitigate reputation risks. Her expertise is in building trust among stakeholders, so organizations can achieve their goals. Areas of expertise include strategy, public affairs, employee engagement, issues and crisis management, change management and CSR/sustainability.
