There are actually a couple: 1) Be versatile and learn as much as you can every day 2) "Go where the job is."

Why are you a member of PRSA?
I love the networking and meeting local and national industry professionals, but the most rewarding is meeting young pros and trying to help them as they begin their journey into our world.

If you weren't in communications, what do you think you'd be doing?
Probably Information Technology. It is an industry that continues to grow and it seems to sustain itself in the toughest economic times.
